During the course of planning for the Lexington Arts Center, numerous professional consultants have been employed in order to guide our regional project with nationally-recognized skill.To date, three main phases of consultation have been accomplished: Phase I – Needs Assessment, Phase II – Physical Planning & Site Selection, and Phase III – Business Plan & Economic Impact Analysis.
